At Duke's Mayo, we stand by the quality of our signature spreads and pantry staples. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unopened and in their original packaging, then securely place them in a shipping box with the RMA clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
